  For quality control purposes, please upload a clear photo of the product and its packaging, especially if the item arrived damaged or spoiled.

  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, place the unopened items in their original packaging. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
